The Q Institute, LLC (“The Q Institute,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates theqinstitute.com and provides concierge medicine, diagnostic testing, and related telehealth services.

2. ACCEPTING THESE TERMS
By visiting the site, booking a consult, or joining a membership, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy and HIPAA Notices. If you do not accept, do not use the site or our services.
3. ELIGIBILITY
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• If you access the site on behalf of a minor, you confirm you have legal authority to do so and accept full responsibility.
• We serve patients worldwide, but you must follow the laws of your location; we may decline service where local rules restrict telehealth.
4. SITE CONTENT IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Information on theqinstitute.com is for education only and never replaces an in-person exam or personalized medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician before acting on any content you read here.
5. SERVICES AND MEMBERSHIPS
5.1 Consults
• Consults are scheduled through our online “Book My Consult” form or by phone.
• No payments are processed on the website; fees are collected offline.
• We may reschedule or cancel a consult at our discretion.
5.2 Annual Membership
• Membership grants priority access, direct messaging, and other benefits described in program materials.
• Term: 12 months from the enrollment date; renews automatically for successive 12-month periods unless you cancel at least 30 days before renewal by emailing info@theqinstitute.com.
• Fees are due in full at enrollment and are non-refundable once the membership year starts, except where prohibited by law.
• We may change fees or benefits on renewal with 30 days’ notice.
6. USER ACCOUNTS AND CONTENT
• You may create an account or submit reviews or comments.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and moderate your submissions.
• Do not post anything illegal, defamatory, or confidential. We may remove content at any time.
7. PATIENT PORTAL
The site links to our Power2Patient portal. Their separate Terms, Privacy Policy, and security controls apply once you leave theqinstitute.com.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All text, graphics, logos, photos, and audio-visual material on theqinstitute.com are owned by The Q Institute or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to view and print content for your own use. Any other use, including copying or publishing, requires our written consent.
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Links to outside sites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products, or services.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or that the site is free from viruses or harmful components. Your use is at your own risk.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Q Institute and its staff will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or services. Our total cumulative liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Q Institute and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that venue.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions are effective on posting. Your continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
