Using my Q network of “coaches” or “mentors” is the most effective way to becoming a successful real estate investor and once the process becomes repeatable, the gains become compoundable. The cautious and conservative behavior patterns that had previously restricted me from investing in property is dramatically altered once I put my first profit-producing property in its place.

Even though the amount of free cash flow being generated by the 1st property is not material enough to make me financially free at this point in time, it is the first step in learning a repeatable process that can be accelerated by the acquisition of more profit-producing property and the generation of passive income tranches, within a business structure that promotes an intergenerational business to pass down to my children.

Acquiring a profit-producing property on my own would be very time consuming and a difficult and expensive undertaking without the assistance of Q qualified experience and artifacts.

The wealth game can be played by ordinary people to achieve extraordinary gains, just like the wealthy; the rules of the game are not just for the wealthy. Continuous education is a primary key to keeping up-to-date with rules, regulations and policies that may impact your real estate investing decisions.

A Turning Point in Life

I was devastated when my husband announced in the spring of 1998 he was moving out, this came to me as a shock, and I thought everything was fine. I later found out he was having an office affair. Children’s Aid Center a Reality

It has been 3 years since I was at your training program. I had a slow start the first year, but the motivation of being on the calls with you has helped me through the tough times, I see now it was my own limits holding me back.

I am now happy and in fact elated to report - since I have got off my butt, I have rearranged my entire investment portfolio to add the real estate component, I have added the soft side of real estate and now have an annual return of 18% compounded per year with amazing safety. At this rate I will have just over $3.5 million dollars of value in the next two years which, by the way, I manage. This will allow me to build the children’s aid center in my home town, a dream of my youth.

Typical North American Family

My husband Derek and I have two children and we would consider ourselves to be a typical North American family. Derek is an engineer at a large high-tech firm and I run the household. With the kids going to school full-time, I wanted to start my own business. We knew there were opportunities in real estate, but had no idea how to get started.

Recaptured Lost Capital

Brilliance, that is what I have to say, simply brilliance.

What pleases me most is how I have been able to recapture $400,000 of lost capital from my stock portfolio. Your insight in setting up the share structures by allowing the income derived from this investment activity converting into capital gains vs. receiving dividend income has been invaluable, by at the very least $400k.
