What Information Do We Collect?

The Q Institute collects two kinds of information about users: 1) data that users volunteer by signing up to receive news and product information, entering contests, completing surveys, or buying directly from us; and 2) information on the pages that are visited by users.

  1. When you order online, we ask you for your name, email address, delivery and billing address, credit card and expiry date. We also ask for your phone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order/event registration or your email address.
